This is 5105 Split Cedar Cove, a the house I currently have an offer on, received a counter offer on, put in a counter-counter, an accepted offer, close on on the 27th bought on May 27th, 2008. The Backyard?
The house is on a lot that is a little larger than a quarter acre, so it would already have quite a bit of space. But it backs to a greenbelt, so the backyard looks HUGE. All of the following shots are taken from the top deck of the two level back porch.
